Order Dispatching
Order by 10am Monday- Friday (outside bank holidays) with items in stock (not pre-order items) and I will get your order out in the post the same day! If orders are made after this I will still endeavor to get your order out the same day (before the post is collected in Rathangan, Kildare) or next day.
Many of FVE items are PRE-ORDER which means the item you have ordered will be dispatched on a specific date, check each product carefully. Any order containing a PRE-ORDER item will have the entire order held until the dispatch date of the PRE-ORDER item.
Delivery for Ireland
Delivery is via An Post and is charged at a rate of €6.99. This is an An Post delivery and it is tracked. Usual delivery is 2-3 days, however delivery can be longer during busy times (i.e: Christmas)

Local Pick-up
Orders can be picked up locally in Rathangan by selecting the “Local-Pick Up” button at the checkout. When your order is completed, you will receive an email with the Eircode as to where to collect your order.
UK Shipping & Brexit
Delivery for the UK is via An Post and is charged at the rates below. Usual delivery is within 5-7 working days, however delivery can be longer at busier times.

**Brexit & US Shipping**
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes (VAT), fees, levies or other charges as a result of legislation or customs formalities. I advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country prior to ordering.
The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges. This can be for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the products, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you are ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are aware that they will be responsible for these additional charges.
The recipient of the order/products will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
In most cases you will be charged VAT and handling fee by the postal/ courier service if ordering into the UK. Please check with them for additional charges that may incur by ordering from the EU.

Delivery for EU countries is via An Post (up to 2kg and DPD over 2kg) and is tracked. Details of rates are in the table below. Delivery times can vary throughout the year but average is 10 working days from shipping date.

US Shipping

Returns
Your consumer rights are protected by law. If you are not happy with your product, or your product is faulty, you can return for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. This policy applies to products that unopened and unused. This does not affect your rights. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note: many items are made to order (this includes personalized stable name plates, personalized bridle hooks and personalized travel saddles) which cannot be returned or exchanged.
